Sarah Kirshbaum Levy

Chief Executive Officer of Betterment

Currently the CEO of Betterment. Prior to joining Betterment, she served as COO of Viacom Media Networks, responsible for the company's overall operations and strategy. In December 2020, Betterment founder Jon Stein stepped down as CEO and was succeeded by Sarah Levy. Under her leadership, Betterment continued to make progress in the field of fintech, including the acquisition of cryptocurrency portfolio management company Makara and the formation of Better-Pro in February 2022, as well as the launch of cryptocurrency investment services in October 2022. Sarah Levy has extensive experience in the media and technology industries and is committed to promoting the development and innovation of Betterment.

DOC Kannan

Chief Executive Officer of Better-Pro

A banker with 25 years of investment management and private equity experience. Prior to founding Better-Pro, Kannan worked at Goldman Sachs Investment Management responsible for portfolio construction for professional family office clients. Prior to this, he worked at JPMorgan Chase and Citigroup Global. Kannan studied Physics at Manchester University and received an Executive MBA from Harvard University, followed by a PhD in Statistics from Oxford University in 2009.

Richard Wilson

Chief Operating Officer of Better-Pro

Richard Wilson has over 20 years of trading experience across macro, commodities and fixed income relative value portfolios, having worked at hedge funds and investment banks. Prior to joining Better-Pro, Richard managed the cryptocurrency arbitrage strategy for a prominent New York family office, oversaw the Feo portfolio for a multi-billion dollar hedge fund in Madrid, and was a key member of the Barclays bank arbitrage proprietary trading desk. Richard Wilson graduated with a first class honours degree in econometrics from the University of Manchester and received an MBA in finance from the Wharton School in 2001.
